This interactive workshop is designed for students interested in learning more about mental health and improving overall wellness. Students will learn strategies needed to promote recovery, resiliency, and a supportive environment for recognizing the maximum ways to improve the “whole person.” There will be a variety of topics grounded in positive psychology.
